Work
Six things I built and ran. Five are from Tembo Health, a HIPAA-regulated telemedicine platform, where I was Tech Lead. The sixth is the Kubernetes lab where I am building what comes next. Most of this work is backend and infrastructure, so each write-up leads with the problem, what I did, and what changed, not screenshots.

30+ repos into one platform
After Tembo Health's engineering org went from ten engineers to one, I re-architected a 30+ repo healthcare backend into a single event-driven TypeScript platform on AWS and cut deployment time by about 70%.
-
An automation platform and a production AI agent
Self-hosted n8n in AWS, grown from 5 to 35+ workflows running 10,000+ executions a month and replacing roughly 600 to 750 hours a year of manual work. The same platform hosts a Claude agent that operations, care and marketing use every day.
-
A multi-cluster Kubernetes platform for AI agents (lab)
Five Flux-managed clusters, 30+ Helm releases, and a custom CRD plus TypeScript control plane that provisions gVisor-isolated machines for AI agents. 1,000+ commits since August 2026, and the test track for the infrastructure I want to build next.
-
630 critical and high CVEs to zero, with no downtime
Three HIPAA production services carried 191, 244 and 195 critical and high findings on end-of-life base images, and their infrastructure code had drifted so far that the next apply would have downgraded the production database. I took all three to zero and made the infrastructure code trustworthy again.
-
A HIPAA data pipeline for a 100K+ patient partner
An AWS Transfer Family SFTP connector and a nightly idempotent sync that ingest thousands of patient records per file from a population-health partner, operated by non-technical staff from a folder, driving net-new patient enrollment.
-
Shipping a stalled patient mobile app in under a month
I took over a React Native app that had stalled for three months, mapped a new architecture, mentored two engineers new to mobile, automated iOS and Android releases with EAS, and launched in under a month with strong user feedback.
